I'm sure you'll be fine. We towed our twin axle all round France, had taken the MIL with us so with all her paraphernalia it was probably closer to 100% and the Kuga coped fine, no issues at all. Excellent fuel consumption, we averaged around 30mpg towing, which was execellent given the size of the outfit. Hairywol's comments above are spot on and good advice, just what I would have said if I'd got my thinking head on-:)
I think(I could be wrong) that from 2010 gas bottles are indeed included in the MIRO. However, as for the full water tank, personally we'd never tow with the onboard water tank full. Apart from the weight issue, which in turn would effect the fuel economy, we learnt the hard way. Our Sterling had an onboard tank, at the front of the caravan. Great, you may think, that'll help the noseweight. We did an overnighter in France, next morning packed up, hitched up and off we went, completely forgetting the half full tank. Big mistake. Got about a mile down the road, and got "tank slap". The water in the tank was sloshing side to side and back to front, not conducive to calm, stable towing. We had to pull over and drain it out. Can't imagine the effect (well, I can, but it's scary) of a full tank if it was at the rear of the caravan....
