Need a new cooker so looking at the Cadac seems to do everything you need.
My only problem is the size of cooking surface.
Will It be big enough to feed 2 adults and 2 children on to cook in one sitting.

You might struggle with one of the smaller models eg Safari Chef, but any of the larger ones (Carri Chef / Easy Chef etc) should give plenty of cooking surface for your needs.

We have the CarriChef 2, it's easily big enough for two adults and two children. Diameter is 47/48cm. We have the griddle, chef pan and roasting dish. Curries, chilli, stir fry etc in the chef pan, plenty big enough for four people. I've done a full roast chicken dinner in the roasting dish, although I must confess I used a saucepan on the hob in the caravan for the boiled potatoes to make the mash with-:)

We have a Safari Chef which is great for two of us, and would probably cope with 4, but go for the bigger one. 😀👍

Carrichef 2... fed 6 adults and 2 kids in one sitting last summer. Easily did 4 adults and 2 kids. Chicken, sausages, garlic mushrooms and potatoes.
