Really liking the idea of the bags you attach to your vaccuum to pull the clothes etc really tight to save space. Anyone use these? How do you use the bags at the end of the holiday? Do the pumps come with the rigbt size attachment?

When we camped we used them but our pump did not fit the bag valve, so I upturned a funnel and used that ie the big end of the funnel over the valve and used the pump on the small end and it worked quite well/

I've done mine by leaving the bag slightly open then sitting on it and fastening uprather, than use a pump. Always worked for me.

Air bed pump, works a treat for us. We put pillows, towels, blankets in one vacuum bag, and any jumpers, or hoodies in another, saves loads of room in the car/trailer.

We use these for our duvets, pillows and towels. At the end of the trip we leave th bag partially open and roll up. Not quite as much air out at on the way down but enough to save quite a bit of space.

I use the travel version that you roll up to remove the air. Does a pretty good job and can be used with a vacuum if one is available.

I've never found a acumen one that works. The best ones I've found are Asda's. They have a sort of zip affair so you can keep squeezing air out as you go.
