Can anyone explain how to fit the pieces shown as FM on the frame map.
They look as though they should fit over the front pole but are too small.

We took delivery of the awning yesterday and laid out the poles as shown on the "map" but can't fathom this part at all.

You fix the grey clamp part to pole E and attach the intermediary roof pole CAX to it, the female end of the clamp pokes through a gap in the top of the front of the awning and you slot pole FM into it then clip onto pole G to add support.

Thank you for the reply
We've managed to piece together the layout but unfortunately the female end of FM seems to be too small to fit onto pole G. We have purchased the steel frame as we have sites the van for the season and the awning will be left insitu until October.
Are we misunderstanding how it fits Doea it just push against the pole or should it actually grip pole G.

The open plastic C clamp endshould be pushed to clip onto pole G; the other end of FM should slot into the clampwhich should be clamped to pole E
