I have been looking at either an electric Hot plate to put my pan on . Or a electric flat pan for frying on .
I'm not sure which would be best . Both low wattage . I would like this rather than frying bacon and eggs in the caravan .
I don't like cadac s because they are very heavy .this does put me off them . Also they look fussy for cleaning .

I have a double hot plate of amazon it was £14 and works well. If you get a induction plate they don't work on all pans

We bought a double hot plate from Aldi which we use in the awning. It comes on a stand and the griddle plate is removable for cleaning. It also has a small removable tray to collect any fat. Cooks breakfast perfectly and much lighter and easier to clean than our Cadac.

we have a Kammpa electric hot plate. love it!! very versatile, pancakes, eggs, bacon, burgers. we even use it in the house!!!!

I use a multicooker. Not low wattage as such but low enough at 1500w for most campsites.

You can cook pretty much anything in it, from a cooked breakfast to a curry, fajitas. chilli etc
