We have had exactly the same service from the dealer that we bought our drive away awning from (we have 2 vango drive away) I cannot say your despatch or delivery was any better than we received, albeit from our dealer Attwolls. Ours arrived the very next day to mome. Fantastic service for the both of us. Makes a change to get quick and decent help in this day and age. Please inspect your beam that failed, our fault was a double welded seam failure. It seems (sorry lol) that the bottoms of the beams where they touch the ground are round. Not flat as could be expected, and the surplus beam 'fabric' is scrunched up where it is encased in the holding tube. This caused the double seam to leak. We will return it to Attwolls when we can so that they can see that it was indeed a failure due to design , rather than a fault as such. You could be needing some protection from RAIN quite soon. Enjoy your quality product as we do. They are expensive, they were the originators of air beams and they are a very good company. I can not praise them enough, I have never met NAN either. LOL
