Any fry up/fatty meals like a curry I find works wonders, but often its just a case of going for a stomp to get the blood pumping and to raise a bit of a sweat, whatever the weather is the best trick, even last thing at night just before getting into freezing cold sleeping bags will usually do the trick. I dont mind the rain as long as I'm warm and fairly dry.
