Just in the process of re-equipping after, too many, years away from camping. Any recommendations of a good camping kitchen with storage and top to take the stove etc. would be gratefully received.
The Outwell Padres XL is a stupendous camping kitchen! Easy to put up and down (takes seconds) and shelves stay in situ. Lovely, high quality piece of kit. Bit pricey but a thing of beauty.
Next in line (based on personal experience, and we've tried a few) would have to be the Outwell Sudbury. The pack size is smaller and lighter, it's easy to assemble and the shelves are rigid and have an edging strip. The tabletop is a bit of a pain to fit but has good heat resistance. The windshield is included.
If space is at a premium in the tent then I'd recommend the Outwell Regina.
As with all things camping you pays your money and you takes your choice. Just be aware though that some are horrible to put together, some have flimsy tops, some are rickety and double as finger-traps. Do a bit of research then view them in the flesh, if you can.
PS I personally hate the kitchens with larders which suspend on dog lead clips! They are a faff to put together and you can only put lightweight stuff in them (often the shelves bend, as well).
Some units have open shelves, which are fine for use inside the tent but in an open porch stuff stored on them can become full of dust and ants etc.
Some have storage bags (helps to transport without damage), some don't.
We still use our easycamp Sirius. It sits under the tarp, has a cupboard, has it's own bag but is long discontinued. It fits in the boot perfectly and just does the job.

Don't use a kitchen at all, just to be awkward. Square roll top table for prep work and whatever combination of Weber Go Anywhere/Trangia(s) and campingaz burner are needed. Storage is plastic boxes.
I've just bought a Kampa Commander Field Kitchen with food prep table and stove table all in one, with storage underneath for pots and pans. Very impressed. Solid when put up, handy larder space and packs away surprisingly small in its own carry case. About £50 from many retailers. Highly recommended.

I've never had this issue. Probably takes around a minute to clip the storage on and mine holds literally everything. Crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses and all utensils on one side, food on the other side. Not had any problems at all with needing lightweight items - but then we arent wanting to put a sack of spuds on there either. Certainly no problem holding a weeks worth of supplies.
We have the Regatta folding camp kitchen, lots of storage and prep space for a reasonable price, its the same as this one

Well this sounds very basic but we use 3 large clear storage boxes stood on top of each other with a 1/2 " piece of Ply cut to size with cooker on top and all storage boxes with plates food ect in them, then use them for packing all camping gear into when packing up
