Not sure why you're personally thanking me, Roofybubbles, as you seem to have gone for completely different set up's to the one I prefer and often recommend.
Hey that's not to say I don't appreciate the thanks, anyway, and the important thing is that ultimately, whatever the advise was, and whoever gave it, you ended up being happy with your choice. Let's face it, the only improvement on sleeping like a log is sleeping like a baby... minus the nappy, of course!
Camping can (at a push) still be fun/enjoyable when the weather is rubbish/ the site's a hovel/ the neighbours were born in hell, and even when the tent is made of plastic, but a good nights sleep is something we all need to get absolutely right, as quickly as possible, to be able to cope with the rest, so I'm delighted for you all.
Glad it all went so well... and thanks again for the thanks.
