You're not wrong.. practical or comfortable, quick to assemble and put away, smallest possible pack sizes for maximum possible comfort and convenience...
Having said that, if we had a windbreak (which we don't) it'd have to match - or at least tone - with the tent. We do have our standards to uphold!

Agree with other posts though about comfort and convenience, I'm sure I'll figure it out once I am a seasoned camper like yourselves
