Very impressed by Powrwheel company. They replaced my mover electronics control box even though it wa one month outside of gurantee!

I Recommend them.

What was the problem with it tweakuaximus? Our 18 months old evolution automatic pulls to one side so it's off under the van today to try to find the problem 😡

I had a Powrtouch mover fitted on my caravan 10 months ago. I chose Powrtouch over any other brand because I heard they had a good reputation for customer care but your post has proved that sure they do go beyond their promise.
Excellent service and that's why they deserve the trade as any other company would have refused to assist if the warranty had expired.
Well done Powrtouch for their 5 star service.

Last month ours was four years old.Worked fine but one motor started making a groaning noise. Phoned them and as i fitted myself they sent me a new complete drive unit motor and gearbox the next day.Asked if they wanted the old one to check they said no. Fitted new one then took old one apart and wet had got into motor bearing. Replaced it with new bearing,so i now have a complete spare unit.

Our Powrtouch started playing up unfortunately it was just outside the 5 year warranty but hubby rang for advice. They were great and even told him how to override the hand set. Been working great for the last 2 years..
Would i recommend them YOU BET I WOULD

Wouldn't it be better if they produced units that didn't go wrong, then they wouldn't have to invest so much in customer services?

Look and see if you have any paper work for it being fitted and registered with the manufacturer. Without this any repair is chargeable and not covered under warranty. My friend found this out when he bought a second hand caravan.
