I think they also trade under the name 'Caravan Stuff 4 U' on Ebay. I haven't purchased an awning from them, only a few small items such as a Kampa caravan kitchen sink drainer and cutlery drawer organiser but the despatch time was excellent.
Thank you. I now find that my search for a Kampa air awning prices led me to their poled Kampa which has a much lower price so back to square one.
I some times wonder about feedback and reviews. A bang to rights complaint I made to Robinson's was ignored then my review was deleted from their web site!
I've used Blackmore/Caravan Stuff4U on a number of occasions and found the perfectly reliable with quick delivery of items.
I've also visited the premises in Hanley Swan (late July). They have an outdoor awning display, with good reductions on ex display models. Otherwise, prices there are slightly dearer than online, so you know where to put your order. Free delivery too, if I remember rightly.
------------- I came into this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
I absolutely wouldn’t use them again. We bought a Kampa travel pod inflatable driveway Awning from them along with fitted carpet at a cost of £850. Sadly, our van was written off in an accident before we even had a chance to use it! I then contacted them to ask to return it as we no longer had a van and wouldn’t for some time. I was outside the 30 Day return policy on eBay by 3 days. They’re response was basically tough luck, they wouldn’t help at all. They offered to try find me a buyer as a customer of theirs was interested in one but, as suspected, nothing was ever heard from them again. Got my money now so no more interest in even trying to help. I bought it on the 5th August and contacted them the 7th September (the actual date it was sent out was the 7th August but they claim the 30 days is from “purchase” date. Awful company.
Why on earth should someone give you a refund under those circumstances? Their job is to sell you stuff and fulfill your order in a timely and accurate manner which they've done.
Really!! Out of good customer service, repeat custom some empathy maybe? I was 3 days outside he return date, 3 days and they claim nothin can be done. Utter rubbish. If you think that’s acceptable, by all means you carry on shopping with them, I certainly won’t be and will find someone who values their customers.

From their website Delivery and Returns info (quote):
'RETURNS
Any unwanted item can be returned within Thirty days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packing charges).
The item should be complete and unused in its original unopened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand...'
This is reiterated in the T&Cs section on their website (quote):
'Return Policy
Any unwanted item can be returned within Thirty days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. You, the buyer, are responsible for all return postage costs. The item should be complete and unused in its original unopened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand.'
Both sections clearly state the thirty days returns period commences upon receipt of goods. I suggest you take screenshots and ask to explain revison of their policy, if they've refused to refund and claim their returns period commences at time of ordering.

Because it's within the stated terms of their policy?

I guess the crux of this matter is, what date did you actually receive the goods?

But if they do what you want you're not a customer, you're a cost. Grow up. You bought something, it was delivered, you own it. Sell it on yourself if you don't want it any more. A cut off is a cut off.
