I have a Tilley Titan double burner with grill. It must be over 50 years old, but runs great. However, I am concerned as to the safety of this cooker. It has a screw-in valve that directly connects the cooker to the gas bottle via a standard hose. There is not a gas regulator for it, its just the valve. Is this normal type connection for this type of stove ?
I also have a equally old double burner that screws directly into a gas bottle. Is this safe ?
