No sorry. Can't help with the glue.
I know it's too late now, as you've already cut it, but for future reference, just fold it, and Gorilla tape it.
No Waste. No loss of original eyelets/loops around the edge, and it can be reverted back to it's larger original size if needed in the future.
Tape it both top and bottom (so no water gets in the folds), and away from the edges. Can be taped/folded for both length and width, so the tape forms an almost "St Georges Cross" stylee.
My tape is still perfectly in place, without any further attendance, after two years and counting, and as you know, that includes all year round camping, and a mud-flood in Wales!
