Pretty straight forward, a regular Sky mini-dish will be fine, although I would go for a SelfSat Flat antenna, or a Arcon Sweety Cassegrain Dish, both are better suited to portable use.
Of course you need to take the guesswork out of finding the Astra2 satellite.
To make this easy get hold of a Digital Angle finder, then it's simply a case of setting the dish to the correct elevation at your location.
Once the Angle of Elevation is set, say 22Deg, then all you have to do is pan the dish from east to west, and within moments you will find the satellite.
Another handy bit of kit to have is a SatLink 6906, this unit has a 3" LCD screen, and will soon tell you that you have found the correct satellite.
