I have both, dependant upon the camping. The Dual Fuel give a lot hotter flame, and are smaller packed down as you don't need a gas cylinder in the boot.
If I'm using the Combi Camp, then I usually take the Sunngas stove I have. It's a lot slower cooking, but I'm not usually in a hurry on my hols, and it also has a grill which the Coleman doesn't.
