Has anyone used Obelink in Netherlands before? I ordered a couple of things, one arrived within few days(last tuesday) but still not received my tent. Had an initial reply using online contact form last week(wednesday), but no replies since. The phone number keeps saying "we are closed". Using tourist Dutch, contacted dutch website helpline, but was told the webshop separate and no access to orders! I am stuck on what i can do now.
Yep although I have only ordered via the Dutch site not the UK version, delivery was in 3 days by DPD, for our Mobicool C40 fridge, bargain back in 2013 at £139 including delivery, at the time £229 was the cheapest in UK, if you could even find one.
Yes, quite a few times and have found them faultless every time so don't worry, their customer service is fantastic. I only wish that many of the firms in the UK were that good and prices that competitive.

just an update. thank you to all who reassured me. I did get through after several more tries and have now received my tent. the problem seemed to be that sometimes when two items are ordered and not sent together, the second email never gets send with reference number. in the end the delay was a bit of a blessing in disguise, since my local shop was too small to receive tent!
(Almost) a year later: I got the Obelink Lugano 6 Plus Tent for a fantastic price of £115. A proper review will have to wait till the next time I use it...
