I've just posted this on their Facebook page but I wanted to repeat it here in case anyone is thinking of buying anything from them. I've just received brilliant customer service and I wanted to tell people about it (and no, I have absolutely no connection with them and don't even live anywhere near Leicester).
We bought a Vango Illusion 500 TC from the JR Leisure website in January (at a great price, I might add). We weathered it by hosepipe, then it got wet all of its own accord in a heavy downpour at home before we packed it away for our first trip over the May half term. It rained 3 times during that holiday and on each occasion, the tent developed wet patches by the windows...JR Leisure could not have been more helpful. The tent was sent back to Vango. Initially, their courier refused to take it, because it wasn't in a box. So then I had to take it to a camping shop near me (I am not local to JR Leisure), who had a bigger box, and who sent it back for me. Then Vango said (after almost a month) that there was no leak and sent the tent back to me. They did not want to replace it. But JR Leisure did replace the tent, saying that they wanted their customers to be happy, and acknowledging that over £1000 for a tent is a big investment. I am SO impressed with their service. They really did go above and beyond and I will absolutely use them again next time I need to buy camping stuff. I wish I had something I needed to buy, actually, so that I can offer them my custom again.
