Looking for advice on a seasonal awning we have seen two. One's an Isabella the other is a bradcpt residencia. Has anyone got any preferences and why . Thanks
We have just seen a used bradcot residencia for 500 . There are not many isabellas about and we have a dorema on our seasonal pitch . We have had 2 yrs from it but the roof is sagging it was used when we got it don't know if we have done it or it was like that but this year its really bad. We are pensioners so looking for a reasonable used seasonal around that price .Someone said they are good and made for seasonal use .
maaggie get yourself a pole tensioner, far cheaper than buying a new awning it also could be caused by the roof being to high, you nee to lower the legs on the awning so the rain runs off quicker rather than pooling on the top
Got a pole tensioner Hercules and put jubilee clips on it sagged last year. But about a month ago it rained heavy and the water froze so it's made it really stretched think it's had it.we seen a bradcot for 400p but asked could they put it up so that's 100 . I'm waiting on a hip replacement so no chance of me helping hubby . We have had 2 yrs out out of the dorema Daytona hubby said not bad to say it's up all year it was used when we bought it so not done bad plus canopy all ripped in wind i repaired it but it's gone at ends of canopy too don't think it's made for seasonal use. Our sit shuts for 5 weeks so it's up all the time everyone on our site is we all go at weekends to check they are ok

So are the bradcpt residencia not a seasonal awning I can get the deposit refunded or put on another one but they had no Isabella in
I would definitely get the Isabella over the Bradcot. No contest on the quality.
Can I ask if anyone knows if the dorema horizon air awnings are good for a seasonal pitch please just bought our first touring caravan just looking for recommendations please

I wouldn't use any make of air awning on a seasonal pitch, I know from our kampa one that the change in air temp makes the "poles" inflate/deflate, thankfully the last time we where away we managed to avoid an explosion and only had to repair the fabric around the tube, what would have happened if we hadn't been around I dread to think
I would have gone for an Isabella if they had any in Woodman
Just this seemed the best used one the dealers had in . I have looked for used in our size
I'm also looking for a seasonal awning. Not sure I can afford an Isabella but have been looking at a walker pioneer. Are these supposed to be any good?
