Just like to mention a company I have recently dealt with , which gave great service. Last Thursday I went to NEC show . I was loaded up with brochures and bits I had bought when I called at PJ Outdoors stand . I bought a fold up trolley to put all my stuff in and also some Dometic toilet tablets (they were cheapest here ). In my haste to put all my stuff in my trolley I stupidly left my tablets on counter . I didn't realise until I got home and unpacked everything . A phone call to PJ , and emailed the receipt , and they sent my goods on . I had to pay potage , but in the circumstances , that was fair play . Well done PJ outdoors .

We had good service from then when we got our airbeam 5yrs ago, carpet had pulled threads in it, I sent pictures and they sent another one out straight away ad I didn't have to return the other one.
