I have just purchased a Dorema Quattro porch awning no instructions have stuggled to sort the frame out arrrr no luck can anyone help please

just looked in there and they have a diagram of a porch awning and it does look a lot like ours ,, so we will start again and try and sort it out.. I have printed it off ..

Hi Pattie,

Have you tried contacting Dorema UK?

I have done so in the past and they are extremely helpful. I was emailed a frame diagram by them for a 'one off' awning model they had manufactured.

I have set out a link to their contact page below. There should be tags om the awning giving model details and if you provide those that should be of assistance.

I have there phone number they are closed all weekend but I   have found the correct diagram however will still call them

Hi Pattie,
When you get the frame sorted, get yourself some electricians tape in various colours (try b&q) and put rings round the ends where the frame joins together so that you can remember. Yellow to yellow etc.
