Hi
Need a new air bed. Has to be raised as I have back problems. Any recommendations for a good single raised bed for use in a tent please?

My daughter has an Intex double height. It is wider than a usual single airbed and she finds it very comfortable. You can get them with the built in pump or the type you use with an inflator. I think we bought it from Aldi.

We got two of these and one of these last year .... the most comfortable camping bed set up I've ever used ... and I've slept on lots!!

Just one with a single mattress would do for one person ... I just like a double bed!

Another vote for the Intex here, it's lovely and comfortable and high enough too. Just been round my local Aldi and they have them in stock. It's where we got ours a few years ago.

A couple of years ago I changed back from a camp bed/self inflating mat combo to an airbed as I was finding the camp bed too narrow.

I bought a Tesco High Rise single airbed with a built in pump and I have had no problems with it. It inflates and deflates in less than 3 minutes. Just remember to let a little air out during the heat of the day and pump it back in at night...takes seconds but saves the bed getting too inflated during hot weather.
