just tried checking our loyalty points on towsure website when I click on mytowsurecard.com it says cannot reach this page does anyone else have this problem

I’ve never found my loyalty points on my account.
I get an email with a voucher, but the you can’t enter a voucher code at check out you have to ring them up.

The issue with the loyalty website has been resolved so please try again.

Briff, you can see your accumulated points on the www.mytowsurecard.com site by entering your card number and post code.

Shortly we are introducing a new system to make the process of redeeming points at checkout much more customer friendly.
