The Aldi number is usually very helpful

Try contacting manufacturer, they don't mention spare handles, do do spare caps, so worth asking.

Nope.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

How do people get on with these really big water barrels?
I use 30 litre water barrels & when full they're as heavy as I want to wrestle with.
A 51 litre barrel will weight around 56 Kg when full, and even though you roll it back to your van you still have to muscle then into place.

No need to lift it all, SamP. Simply roll it back and leave it on its side.
You only need it upright if using a mains water kit.

OK, but even if you do that you still need to end up with the barrel, in the right spot by the van, with side opening at the top.
Sod's Law says that will never happen without a lot of messing about.
That might not be as difficult as getting an Al-ko wheel lock to line up whilst levelling the van, but it still sounds fiddly.
