Help! We have purchased one of these awnings and tried it for the first time this week. HOWEVER- we cannot get the pads to fit closely to the caravan inside, and get a good seal at the top and bottom of them. In order to get the poles against the pads on the inside we had to really struggle. We also had trouble getting the internal corners pegged down... anybody else got one and can give us some clues ?
