I was talked through how to get rid of an airlock in the fridge a while back but can’t remember how to do it?
Just plugged in on site and need to put the fridge on gas’s to get it cold. Then will switch to electric once cold.

If it gets cold on gas then its not an airlock, probably the heating element.

Or it may not be level, with some its only a 5 degreee tolerance so needs to be fairly level.
