We have ummed and ahhed over these pan sets for a while, but finally got some today! At the Tefal outlet centre, there was an offer if you spent over £100, you could get an induction hob for free, which was another item on our 'would be good to get' list.
Took a while to mull over the options on what we wanted, but settled on 3 saucepans, lids, 1 frying pan and lid, 2 handles and the plastic covers to help with food storage. DH has already tried out cooking some beans in for his lunch! They are very solidly made, and hope they make storage easier in our TT.

We’ve got a large frying pan/stir fry pan. Excellent piece of kit. Also an induction job which gets a lot of use.

Keep hold of your receipt and details of length of guarantee I wish we had.
We bought a set similar to yours 2 years ago and have only used them when out in the van, always washed by hand.
The non-stick coating is peeling quite badly.
They are excellent, particularly because they can be used in the oven as well.
But quality??

We have been disappointed with the quality of ours. Peeling non stick surface and chipped around the edges where the handle has sat.

Both Lidl and Aldi have been selling equivalent pan sets with detachable handles but at a fraction of the price.

I got a set from Aldi. The Lidl pans came on sale slightly later and come in two packs, saucepans and frying pans but seem better suited size wise for caravan hobs.

The drawback is neither set come with lids but these are easily and cheaply obtained to fit on EBay.

Isabella have also launched a set but these too are expensive and although supplied with lids, in common with the after market lids I purchased to fit the Aldi pans, the lids will not fit when the detachable handle is attached to the pan but that is no big deal.

The Aldi pans are new but I have used them quite a lot and they seem well made and of good quality. Keep the packaging though because the pan bases will scratch the underlying non stick surface when the set is stacked for storage.

You can get some simple snowflake shaped protectors for a few quid that protect very well against chafing when travelling

Hi All
One very good place to get pans is T.K.Max. Yes it can be hit and miss so keep calling in on your way past. I was a chef and i know about wanting good pans to work with. You don't need non stick if you got the temp right on the pan. Always make sure you get a pan with a thick base as this holds the heat better and helps to stop burning. Check the handles too. Nice thick riveted ones. The lids.. Look for ones with a big lip and the draining holes on the side to save having a strainer to drain liquid. Most pans are odd ones from sets in T.K's so you can buy the pan sizes you are going to use. Judge are a fav brand of mine. Got large frying pan that can also go in the oven too thus saving the need for baking trays etc or roasting tins. Had it for near on 20 years now and it still looks new. You can burn the hell out of it ( not me of course ) and a little soak with fairy and it scrubs up new.

If they are the ones with the removable handles and lids then it's really cheap. The stainless set we have is over £200.

We looked at these Ingenio sets a few times but were put off by what seemed to quality issues, as those above have found. In the end got a Dunelm set for a fraction of the price. Could probably have about 3 sets for the price of the Ingenios, so won't feel too bad at ditching them if we have to.

We use the Ingenio pans every day, we live on a boat so limited space. They do get a bit scratched, yes, but they are so easy to keep clean and are perfect to use and store. I don't see a problem with them myself and have been very pleased with them. We have 3 pans and 2 handles.
