Can anyone recommend any Outwell sleeping bag that are either 2 singles you can zip together, or a double you can take apart for washing? Preferably with the extended bit at the top to go under pillows? It's surprisingly difficult to find this info online - the website doesn't give this detail for most of their range, and there are very few models reviewed that mention it. Looking for 2-3 season bags. Thanks folks!
Aye. We've an Outwell double like you describe & use it unzipped. Been grand. A good few years old though but will check tomorrow to see if I can see model name on it.
Any particular reason why you are limited to Outwell?
I've been impressed with ours since we purchased it about 12 months ago, but it ain't Outwell.
It's a spacious double bag, but the top and bottom can be completely separated to leave 2 x double duvets (I'm pretty certain each half actually does fold over and zip up to form 2 x single bags, but can't remember for certain, as we've always used as a double bag!)
Detachable (zipped) Hood below the pillow area, when used as a double.
Oh... just checked... it's a 3-4 season, so may be too warm?

No particular reason, other than I've been impressed with everything we've had by Outwell. Last sleeping bags were from Decathlon but they don't do the same ones anymore. Just wanted a quality one and I've looked at others in Go Outdoors e.g. Vango but couldn't find anything that grabbed me without going into 3 figures so I've actually now ordered an Outwell Contour Lux double so we'll see how that compares 😊
