I don’t know if they are still open, as Allan sadly has passed after being ill for a while. A very sad loss, as he was an extremely helpful and knowledgable person.

I used Apuljack a few years ago when my Nordelectric charger packed up 10 days before we were due to go to Spain for an extended holiday.
They were brilliant, I sent them my old unit which they repaired and sent back to me via Royal Mail.
Royal Mail lost the package even though it was a tracked delivery and Apuljack got onto them and sorted it all out and I received the charger in time for my holiday.
At the time I think they gave me 2 years warranty and the price and I thought the price was fair and reasonable considering they had to repair the unit in a very short time.
