Do you think my grill chef 2 will run on small 500g cadac gas cartridge? Just tiered of carting around a separate 4.5kg gas cylinder for it all the time loose, Plus the 2 on board red gas cylinders for the caravan in the gas locker. It isnt the table top cadac safari chef. What do you guys do?

Have you thought about fitting an external gas valve to run from your 2 gas cylinders in the van
Ours has one factory fitted but I can't see why they can't be retro fitted. Looks simple enough when the hole has been cut
When we had the motorhome I just removed the spare cylinder and used that when needed

Also I don't think the cadac would run very long on a 500g canister
