I got our latest awning from a caravan breaker. It had come in with a caravan they were scrapping. It's a great awning, and didn't look as if it had hardly been used. It's a Trio Sombrero and it's the one in my profile pictures. I would recommend them as they are very strong awnings and well made. I had a Trio Midi porch awning before, which is why I went for another Trio. The porch didn't fit well on my current caravan as it came half way across a window.
What exactly are you looking for Feeblecat? I have a Kampa 390 Air complete with all the extra air pump, storm straps and rear poles for sale, we have only used it twice, it’s too big and heavy for my husband to handle alone, as he’s just turned 80 bless him, and he’s not as fit and strong as he used to be, he cannot bend down to do the pegging out anymore, so a bit of a mistake buying it 2 years ago.

Hi Julia. I'm looking for a full awning so the Kampa wouldn't do, though thanks for the offer. I currently have a Kampa porch and can vouch for its quality - it was up all winter and withstood everything thrown at it. We've just bough a new caravan and our old full awning doesn't fit. It was an NR awning and was up for full 8 month seasons for 8 years. I'm looking for something equally as good but can't run to a new Isabella, too expensive. I'm actually looking at the new Doremas too - we had one years ago and I can't recall any issues. Best quality on a limited budget I'm seeking.
My old awning from my Avondale back in the mid 90s was an NR Awning, very good quality, and full cotton canvas which was quite heavy. Good luck with your search for the new awning, there must be quite a few available if only you know where to look as most people tend to buy the new Air awnings of one type or another judging from recent visits onsite, although it may just be a fashion and fad thing, and they certainly are no lightweight to handle when threading them through the awning channel.
