has anyone else purchased one of these and found that the horizontal tension poles are too long to go over the uprights, we purchased ours in 2019 and had it replaced by Towsure with another of the same, only to find the replacement has the same fault whilst we were away this month, Kampa customer services unhelpful as it is out of warranty and suggest taking it up with Towsure
