Just wondered, if others people were also having issues.
We bought a Berghaus Air 4 tent in Sept.
At the time we were told that the footprint was not in stock we could order it on line.
So we bought the tent and ordered the footprint.
We keep being told, the order is stuck in the system,
Due to an IT fault it will be released soon?..
I think they are just messing me about,
Anyone else with the same issues?
I would cancel the order for the footprint and demand a refund, you can easily make your own footprint from a cheap tarp, and if and when the specific footprint becomes available you can order then.
I agree, my Air 4 footprint was a £5 groundsheet from Sports Direct sale, cut down to size.
If you definitely want the specific Air 4 model they are in stock on Millets website for £21.
Go Outdoors seems to have issues with their IT, I've had cases before where the website says something in in stock at the store and you get there and it isn't.

I was more just more fed up, they wouldn’t sort it out one way or the other.
I have got a foot print from a bigger tent, but I do like the exact fit :)

Smg1, as you're in Berkshire and locked down in tier 4 you may have some spare time to make one. B&Q, wickes and others do click and collect which I believe you can do in tier 4. Also toolstation/screw fix have them. We do click & collect there. Usually between order acknowledgement email and your order is ready email is usually between 2mins and 20 mins. So you may be able to pick up today if they have the size in stock you need.

I thought that too (and Blacks) but they seem to operate different stocking systems, I got a Berghaus jacket last year, none in stock on Go Outdoors website or in store, clicked and collected from Millets in the same town and at a cheaper price too!
