A friend of mine has a Bosch cordless pressure washer with built in water reservoir. It is obviously nowhere near as powerful as a conventional machine connected to mains pressure water but she says it is great for her car and the patio.

We use the Worx ones on our bikes (no need to warn me about jet washing bearings). For washing the van it's good for applying snow foam & rinsing but needs assistance with a brush or sponge for the actual washing.

I ordered one of these to clean caravan whilst in storage, did a great job not too powerful but strong enough to do the job.
I also bought two 25 litre containers to fill with water,
thanks, Terry.

I just use an old fence paint sprayer when I do not have a hosepipe to hand.Filled with water I should add. (Never actually used it for spraying paint)
Using that with the help of a brush seems adequate. Certainly ideal for washing the bikes as pressure is low.
For the bikes, I just use a hand sprayer to put on bike cleaner, leave for a few moments, gentle brush and then rinse with the garden spray.
Perhaps not suitable for many people but does the job for me.

Ive got the Worx one too. Its handy but to call it a pressure washer is an exaggeration. But you can use hot/ warm water with it so that does help.

I purchased the Worx Hydroshot mainly for cleaning the caravan which is kept in storage. I didn't want the full kit at £30 more as that was for the purpose of car cleaning which I don't need as I have an external water tap at home to attach a hose pipe. I would highly recommend investing in one as I wouldn't be without mine now as I can clean the caravan in a third of the time compared to a garden pump sprayer and the results are far better as it dislodges that stubborn built up algae around the awning and trim rails without too much pressure involved like a pressure washer. However, from first hand experience the advice is to purchase a second battery as the cleaning area involved is much bigger than a car so you will need it. Make sure you recharge the batteries after use though as it's bad practice to store a partly charged battery till the next time of needing it.

Saw a video demo that showed using the long lance gives more pressure.

I have just purchased a Worx Hydroshot one from screwfix. This comes with 2 batteries. Haven't used it yet but with our Van also being in storage I thought I would give it a try after reading some peoples views on them. I currently use a pump type sprayer and agree they are useful but it does make the process of cleaning a little longer.
If it doesn't work as I hope it will, I wont have lost anything. I can use it at home straight onto the hosepipe to clean the cars
