I agree with the post above as you honestly can't expect any help with so little information to go on. Sorry to be blunt but there are that many movers on the market it's just about anybody's guess which make it is.

Sometimes it may be easier to dismantle the remote and give the contacts a clean with a solvent electrical cleaner, which is what I have had to do in the past.

Remotefixer repair the units about £16-25 +pp , they repair all types of remote.
I also saw an old article where you can use your sky remote.
just type in riviera remote mover repair and there are a number of options
