Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced (UNDER £50) toilet tent?
Not a popup model
Preferably with a smaller footprint, 1-1.2mt.

Slightly over the size you are after is the Cabanon PN10 Utility Tent at 1.45m x 1.10m although is suitable as a Toilet tent, could be hard to find as I have not seen them on offer for a while.

I bought a toilet tent without guy lines, it was hard to put up in a breeze.
Will get some klingons before I put it up again.

If you want to actually use it as a toilet tent, then you will appreciate a bigger one rather than a smaller one! Whilst on the 'throne' no bare bum pressed against one soggy condensation dripping wall whilst forehead is pressed against opposite equally unappealing wall!

They taper in size towards the top, so by time you've got to bum and forehead height they ain't as big as footprint! The walls flap in and out as well in the breeze, so you need to allow for that too! Tried a few over years, bigger IS better!

I have “really worried about the toilet tent blowing over & my bare bum is seen by the whole campsite” syndrome. Or “really worried that everyone can hear what’s going on in the toilet tent” syndrome.
Guess that’s why we choose sites with toilets....

Going off subject somewhat, I recently purchased a secondhand four-berth tent to use as a "bathroom" to complement my usual canvas home.

It has the advantage that one can stand up in it, and the inner "pods" provide a degree of additional privacy where the Thetford 365 can be located. Being larger, it can also accommodate a table and chairs/stools, storage its own water-supply and a waste-water "wastemaster" type thing.

It didn't cost much more than a new "toilet tent". True, if camping on an established site there may be an additional pitch fee to pay, but frankly I can live with that. The only other consideration is the amount of room it will take to transport it, although I have a fairly large 4x4 which can accommodate both tents in their bags.

Yes that is a consideration. But at the moment it is outweighed by the very real worry what might occur if I find myself in a very long queue for the loo. The risk of exposing my bare bum is outweighed by the greater risk of not making it to the loo in time.
Also hopefully will be going to a music festival later in the summer and Covid has tipped the balance in terms of do I really want to use the portaloos if I can avoid it? They are ucky enough at the best of times.
