LPG (liquified petroleum gas) is propane or butane. The pressures shown on the box are standard pressures for the gas with a bottle top regulator. Propane is the better gas to have if you are using the cooker at either end of the main season, the reason being that butane does not turn to gas from liquid at low temperatures. The difficulty at the moment seems to be a shortage of gas cylinders available to buy, I have seen a Calor lite on E-bay with a starting bid of £700  I would be tempted to find a cylinder first then get the appropriate regulator to suit. Hope this has not added to your confusion
