From a technical point of view (my background) when it comes to battery powered devices and heating, especially anything considered hand holdable, something has to give! Heating consumes LOTS of power, so either it's not going to heat up much, or it's only going to heat for a VERY short time is the bottom line, or worst case, both!
You might be interested in this review of some dryers on the market, https://ukbeautyroom.com/cordless-hair-dryer-uk/ , my reaction to it was HOW MUCH!!!!!! ..... and all for pretty low performance, certainly not what you would get from a typical home mains powered one and what you might expect. At best I think you are looking at a lukewarm draft, or a cool breeze! Have you ever tried a mains powered 'travel' hairdryer? .... they are about 3x or 4x more powerful than these and performance can be pretty mediocre!
Manufacturers claims on performance are usually tested in ideal laboratory conditions, in the real world, performance and battery life will almost certainly be less.
As the above article mentions, why are none of the big names tapping into a large and lucrative market? ..... because they would sully their good reputations with very poor performing products! What is on the market, obscure (no doubt Chinese) brands with no reputation to loose! Think that says a lot!
Personally, camped in some pretty harsh conditions in the long gone days when I had lush flowing locks, always got by OK with just a towel. 
PS try reading the reviews on Amazon about the model you considered!
PPS seem to recall a similar post request a while ago, may be worth looking that up and see responses.
