I decided to get the Isabella 3-sided Windscreen/break and it arrived today.
The build quality is great, in that the poles are solid thick gauge tubes compared with the weedy Vango king poles that I had to discard in the past after they were bent out of shape in high winds when I used them to rig a canopy up as shelter.
I chose the Isabella one over the Jomax system as I have concerns that I would not be able to lift my arm high enough or strong enough the drive the tall poles sufficiently deep into the ground without the need to use additional guys.
Looking at the Stabilo system that came with the windbreak as standard, the holes on the plates are big enough to accommodate the large Peggy pegs that I already have, and I can drive them into the ground using a cordless power drill that I carry in the van (charging the drill is already on my "To Do" list before a trip).
One of my spare brand new canvas peg bags that I did not have the heart to give away or sell came to good use, as it now contains the Stabilo anchor plates and metal spikes, please the guys and pegs that came with the windbreak.
Everything for the windbreak can go into one bag that came with the poles.
I shall put it up during my next trip in May 2022 and provide a review. I have high hopes that it will suit me better than the Blue Diamond 4-panel windbreak that I have.
