Start by working out what you expect it to do.
Are you just wanting it to trickle charge in storage or full off grid use?
We go off grid and started with a 100 watt panel and have added a 50 watt panel wired in parallel.

if I was to buy a jackery or somthing similar
Jackery is way overpriced and they are given free to anyone with a YouTube channel so don’t believe the hype. For example - they (Jackery) advise the solar panel should not be left out in the rain (it’s buried away in their FAQs and strangely never mentioned by the YouTube channels). Not great for a country where we get unexpected rain showers.
You're looking for 300 watts for 3 hours. So 100 x 3 = 300 watt hours per day.
A 100 watt solar panel in Bristol will typically generate:-
March 250 watt hours per day
April 340 watts per day
May/June/July 400 watt hours per day
Sept 310 watt hours per day
Dec/Jan 60 watt hours per day
Less in North, more in South.
So you can see March to Sept you will be OK ish with 100 watt solar.
However, I dont know how you will convert solar panel output into usable power for the equipment. 12 volt or 230 volt mains.

ok here is an example
40w TV and 60w gaming console for 3 hours running time
how do I calculate this?
if I was to buy a jackery or somthing similar
300watts divided by say 12.8vdc is about 24amps or more. 24ah if you’re relating this to a batterie’s supplied amp rating, as in 24amps for one hour. A lithium ion polymer battery in a system like this (if it indeed is a lithium ion battery) runs a more consistent voltage compared to wet lead acid so the amp figure I’ve wired based at 12.8vcd could be lower The inverter will affect the efficiency of that figure and without looking the Jackery up this will increase the current draw above that figure by a percentage based on a number of factors.
Battery back up for off grid is best calculated on generating a current to charge the batteries up again whether that be from solar panels or other things (like dragging it to a charging point as in a pub or some other understanding establishment or maybe a neighbour in the campsite that has hookup.
True calculations are made using manufacturers big claims with a pinch of salt on what they offer, real world figures (diversity as an electrician say) in solar panel’s realistic output based on the weather makes the whole thing a minefield.
