Safari Chef. All neatly packs inside small bag. I could cook breakfast for 2 on it. If you look on your local ads may be able to pick up one at a good price. I just bought a bigger one for less than half the new price and it’s hardly been used. Funnily enough they were selling as they had gone from caravan to camper van and had bought the safari chef.
Our local garden centre have just been selling Cadacs and accessories for half price.

Safari Chef.
We have one, it's ample for two of us, so should be perfect for you.
Get the LP version and you can run it from your van gas supply.
------------- I came into this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

OK many thanks for the advice, they sound good!
What is the difference between the Safari 30 (LP) and the Safari 2 (LP)?
Thanks
The HP runs off screw-in cartridges. The LP runs of refillable gas bottles, a Cadac Power Pack or an external gas connection point on your motorhome/caravan if you have one.
We first had a Camping Gaz Party Grill but it wore out very quickly and seemed more flimsy compared with a Cadac.
We then got a Cadac Safari Chef HP but found the screw in cannisters quite fiddly and also difficult to find in France and other parts of Europe. We also felt it was less powerful than the LP version.
We therefore replaced the Cadac Safari Chef HP burner unit with an LP one and are now very happy campers!
