Hi We currently take sky + away in our caravan but are changing to sky q. What would we need to use sky q. As it is internet based what channels can you view and record without internet connection . Thanks for any help

You would need to change the LNB on your dish to a wideband one, you would also need to ensure there are 2 cables running from the dish to STB.
With the correct dish setup you should be able to receive all live channels as well as recordings. You would not be able to download anything but items downloaded while you were at home should still be ok.
One caution.. Do you have mini boxes at home? And will anyone be looking to use these while you are away? These connect to the main box so without that at home they will be useless.
