We use an ordinary pan with no problems. Seems that I have some keeping up to do. Don't know if I will ever do it/get my head round it. It cooks ok.

I bought MSR Alpine Stowaway stainless steel pots in all 4 sizes when I was a tenter, thinking they are induction ready, to be informed by MSR that they are not, boo hoo!

I have not tried to use them on the induction hob - if the manufacturer says no, who am I to argue with them?

I bought a set of Tefal Ingenio induction ready pans for the van, however, they don't do a frying pan so small for just an egg.

What pray, is an eggy crumpet?

Basically you cut a hole in the middle of a crumpet so it looks like a donut, lay it in the ridge monkey and then crack an egg into the hole and then cook!

You can also make a very nice breakfast sandwich in them as well, great piece of cookware.

Have a look in Wilkinsons as ours has pans of all sizes that are Induction compatible.

Thanks for that, however, I don't need anymore pans for my van, now that I have found my holy grail.

Similar to an Egg Benedict without the ham.

I would need to add some ham or bacon to mine.
