hi all ,has anyone got over the problem of having to keep pressing the shower button for water, the problem being our shower button are flush to the wall ,many thanks k.lee
I've have to admit that I have never seen a caravan with a push button shower.
I seem to remember that someone was manufacturing a device for shower cubicles to enable the push button to remain compressed a few years ago but haven't seen one advertised recently.

PS Just looked on Ebay. Search for 'shower attachment ' £20 plus postage .
Pushing in the shower button in fully should allow water to run for an adjustable (not by you tho) time in seconds to save water. The thing may be defective or perhaps the site owner wants it that way to save money?

------------- Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day,
Teach a man to fish and you can get rid of him for a whole weekend.
I complained about this to a caravan site (part of a larger group) and they adjusted the timings.
I believe the mechanism slowly gets worn resulting in shorter operating times.
------------- I came into this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
Well done, too many folk put up with problems either becaise they don't want to feel uncomfortable by complaining, are waiting for someone else to do it, or just can't be bothered.

reusable cable tie is your friend, or velcro cable strap
Amen to that. Though ive never used a shower in the UK. But such as France, where even some regular water points have them, they are a must. One fella was complaining about them, so i told him id put a cable-tie on, and it was hanging loose waiting for the next use. He said it didnt work. He had it round the tap connector as opposed to the button. Theres no helping some folk!
