We use a Dreamland leccy blanket which is very frugal on power and really effective. Can be used overnight on a low setting if required. It's great for camping in early or late season.
Before I switched to camp bed + SIM, I used an electric blanket on my airbed on top of a fleece blanket, then secured in place with a fitted sheet. It was very cosy in the winter until the airbed developed a leak in one of the seams.
