We’ve had ours for years and it’s very versatile - but you need to leave time for cleaning after use.
Usually a scrape and a wipe up between uses and a thorough clean after a week of daily use.
It’s a BBQ, a grill, an oven, a pizza oven, a wok, or whatever you want it to be.
Not cheap, but should last a lifetime if you look after it.
