One of the members did Everest base camp, but not had chance to ask about this as yet, given he is away.
As someone mentioned you cannot leave waste behind so I will be taking gel packs and as someone else mentioned you may need to go once a day, but that is what a tent is for besides sleeping. :)
Enjoy the trip and remember, Don't use yellow snow to melt down for water.
Everest base camp has toilet facilities. Higher camps usually involves peeing in wide mouth bottles or in a bottle with pipe and funnel. If you decide to use the wide mouth bottle technique, clearly label the bottle :)
