You could try office equipment stores (eg.Office Supplies), they sometimes have one step stools....

Have you tried your local caravan breaker, that's where I got mine from and was really cheap

Or you could possibly look for a single plastic step in Mothercare (to help little kiddies get to the washbasin). V. cheap, v. light and quite functional.

(I'm a big hulky man and I can still stand on it with no probs).

My Boss has just given me the top part of an office mobile step stool , it's great, just the job. AND FREE ! That's a wonderful word for us Yorkshiremen ! short arms and deep pockets and all that
