I've put this at the bottom of another Lidl post but some people may have missed it.

I live in Birmingham and we have several Lidl/Aldi stores (not sure about Netto). I also travel a around the country for my work, so come across them when I'm out and about. If anyone wants to take me up on it, I don't mind getting items for you and posting them at cost. I have a Paypal account so you can pay instantly, or by cheque or postal orders. It may not work out for the heavier items, but would for lighter ones.

I know that Cabra posted with me to offer the same thing and is based in Merseyside.

Oh, and no, I won't do all your shopping for you!

Kampingkat I would like to get hold of the double self inflating mattress that was on offer at the same time as the porta loo. It cost £19.99 If you can get one up there I would be more than happy to pay postage costs none left here in Devon

Just thought i wuould metnion if you cant get the mattress your after for 19.99 then on ebay there is one small double bed sizeand divan height (191/2 inches anyway and width will fit into my 135cm bedroom tent) for 25.00....You put in a bid but it seems as the chap is selling them on a regular basis I think if you bid for it at 25.00 you get...I bid for two and got both with no other bidders. Of course there is posting and packing on top (7.95) but also at the moment there is a free fleecy type of blanket too. In the search put in this number

cwazzycazzy Thanks for that but we already have inflatable airbeds from when we used our tent but what we're after are the thinner self inflating mattresses to pop under the seating cushions of our confortmatic as we are both big(fat) people and need the extra support.
