Well, its good to be back! Not been on here since holidays last year and only 6 weeks to Wooda Farm this year!
Been shopping around West Yorkshire this afternoon, and picked up some essential items -
a) Ligtweight (aluminium) rotary dryer - £22 from Springfield Mills Camping nr. Luddendenfoot - Comes in its own bag and so light you don't know its there!
b) Multi-table/level camping kitchen - £49 from Caseys Camping in Otley - this is complete with larder and large wind screen. Is lighter than our old single level table. Think it will be very useful
c) 3-ring cooker - this, I think, will be our best purchase as cooking for the 4 of us should be so much easier. Have been suckered on this though!! We bought at Caseys for £55, but when we got to Springfields they had them for £40! GUTTED! I can feel a return to Caseys coming on!
Think I can also see a trip to lidil's happening too - 4 bath/4 hand micro towels for less than £20??! Cheap as chips! And I also like the idea of the fleecey inners - the other half has ice running through her veins so maybe this'll warm her up!
Getting all excited now! No doubt I'll post again soon!
Oh, and Mr. Editor - nice to see we still don't have the Camping Calendar up yet!! Thought you said LAST YEAR it was being worked on!!!!
